300 g greens such as lolly, curly lettuce, arugula, stamnagathi
Cottage cheese
150g pasteli
5-6 cherry tomatoes


300g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
50g Balsamic Vinegar
50g Grape Molasses 
1-tsp Greek Honey
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of white pepper


Who said that salads are just greenery? Who said salad is a boring accompaniment to the main meal? Probably those who have never tried to imagine a little and turn their salad from a simple salad with lettuce and cucumber to a full meal.

  • Wash thoroughly and cut vegetables with our own hands. Cut the cherry tomatoes in the middle. Grate the xinomizithra, break the pasteli or alternatively add croutons or nuts.
    Add all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add the vinaigrette, mix and serve.
    For the vinaigrette, add all the ingredients in a multi and blend until homogenized.
