Ingredients

300 gr. Vegetable Barley
300 gr. Cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup olives
2 - 3 spoons Balsamic
3 spoons extra virgin olive oil
Thyme
Salt and Peper
1/2 κ.γ. Chilli
2-3 κ.σ. Basil Pesto

Method

It is Mediterranean, it is nutritious and you define it as a main course. Make winter summer, in short it has no season.

1 In a small pan, cook the cherry tomatoes and olives after adding olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and thyme leaves.

2 Bake for 25 - 30 minutes depending on the size of the tomato.

3 Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and mix with the pesto sauce and chili.
