Ingredients

500 grams of plum mushrooms

For the marinade:

100 grams of olive oil
  2 cloves garlic cut in half
  2 teaspoons of chicken spice mix
  2 teaspoons of thyme with oregano
  Salt with smoked paprika salt odyssey
  pepper

Method

Marinate the mushrooms with the marinade ingredients and leave them at least 1/2 hour with 1 in the refrigerator.

Then bake them in the oven grill on a sheet of baking paper or in a grill.

Leave them for a while until we cut them into a skewer.

Prepare the yogurt sauce by putting all the ingredients together.

Cut and serve with sauce, pies, tomato, onion and a lot of parsley.
