Classic red vinification followed by maturation under controlled temperature, for 24 months in new French oak barriques and for at least 12 months in the bottle.

From 3 hectares of the selected single vineyard ‘Zygos’ with an altitude of 350- 400m, the average age of vines 35 years, and very low yield (33kg/ha), part of the privately owned vineyard of Domaine Hatzimichalis in Atalanti valley.

Nose
Pronounced intense aromas. Ripe fruits, black cherry, blackcurrant, plum, blackberry, smoke, wet wood, violet, fig, cedar, and vanilla.

Palate
The oak is quite dominant but is balanced by the fruity character and spices creating a plethora of flavors in your palate.
